Diaper rash cream...it's cheap and it works. It is meant to dry skin. So a little dab should dry up pimples quickly. In many cases, it helped me overnight. I use it for breakouts, my wife uses it if she breaks out, I got my sister-in-law on it if she ever breaks out.

I would suggest using Clearasil. Whenever I remember to use it there is a clear change in my skin quality. Pimples that are there go away faster and less pimples come up. Your skin feels really good afterwords. That stuff sure is great.

For a really cheap fix, just make sure you wash your face daily with mild soap, that helps a lot on its own.

well i always get up in the morning and before i go to bed and wipe down my face with cleansing facail pads you can buy at the drugstore. they are about 10 dollars and if you use them every ninght you will see a definite decrease in pimples.

go to www.mercola.com and search acne. there are some great tips on how to change your and stuff like that to clear up your face. facial problems are caused by internal issues. that's your body's 'red flag' trying to tell you something is wrong.
