Why not??? our bodies normally carry natural bugs throughout and we pray, so why not when it has a minor addition to the enterage!

Yes she should pray to get rid of the itch and pray that a yeast infection is all she has.

I'm not sure if it's considered one of those things that prevents praying (ex. monthly period for women)

Yes as long as keep yourself hygienically very clean.The best advice would be to get it treated because it can be cured within days.
