ok im wiccan but i can't think right now. im doing a paper and i have to have a few examples of how wiccans help others or just help. i can't think of anything. so do you have any examples?

Our local Pagan Pride group collects canned goods for the local food bank every Autumn Equinox. And we do volunteer work (i.e. helping senior citizens, working at local soup kitchens). We help raise money for charities. This past September, my group (we're not Wiccan, we're pagan) shaved our heads for Locks of Love and to raise money for the Disabled American Vets.
Added: A lot of pagans and Wiccans do stuff on their own, too. I know that in a single year I give enough food to feed a family for two weeks and enough clothing to help one person per year. On top of that, I volunteer five hours a month to a local senior center and donate over $200 yearly to various local and national charities. I know quite a few others (Wiccans and pagans that is) who give as much as they can, too.

Wiccans , Witches, and most pagans are earth based. Therefore they believe in protecting the earth. they also believe in as it harm non, do as ye will. which is a great help. I as a Witch believe that what ever I put out will come back onto me. That is why I strive to always treat people as I want to be treated. In a religious aspect, we do rituals to keep things moving. Each Sabat has a benefit towards the spirit, the mind, and the body of not just your self, but also the world around you. Wiccans and Pagans help just as anybody else does. Some give to charities, donate blood, volunteer for different community services.
On personal levels some will do healing spells - just as Christians do healing prayers, and that type thing.
In general Wiccans tend to be very thoughtful people.

By buying books they help keep the publishers in business. They also buy a lot of useless things like stones and cheap herbs for exorbitant prices, which keeps others in business.

Sigh...
They donate to charity, sometimes.
They cast spells of protection, sometimes.
They help people by teaching them how to ground and center, sometimes.
They lobby for the environment, sometimes.
They promote non-violence and conflict resolution through dialog, sometimes.
Of course sometimes they chuck all that and just try to hurt people for the fun of it.
