No way. It's pretty much impossible to lose half that in 2 weeks and it's extremely dangerous. According to BMI charts, you would begin to be underweight if you lost about 5-6 pounds. Losing 26 pounds would leave you looking pretty skeletal. Even Kate Moss is reported to weigh around 106 and she's actually closer to 5'6" (not 5'8" like some people believe) It wouldn't be pretty if you lost 26 pounds. If you insist on losing the weight, it will take you much longer than 14 days.

Why would you want to? I'm 5"6. When I was fourteen I weighed 126. I weighed that much when I graduated high school four years later. That seems like a good weight to me.

why on earth would you want to do that?? you are perfectly fine.
but the answer to your question is no, at least not in a healthy way. for healthy weightloss, you should be losing 1 to 2 pounds a week. if you were to lose 26 pounds in 2 weeks, not only would it most likely have a bad effect on your health but also you would probably gain it back quickly.

i own a gym... no more then 2 per week... and i don't think any more then 2 - 4 at the absolute most if that would make u feel better.... if u do not like your shape... that's different, u need to weight train to reshape your body. u have to make the most of what u got, don't look at friends and wish u had theirs (anything) besides, they may have an eating disorder u don't even know about. it's never as good as it seems.

It is not possible in 2 weeks. You would be too thin. If you were underweight you could become sick and have health problems because of it. You are at a great weight for your height. I do not recommend you losing anymore weight.

Losing that much weight in that short an amount of time, when you are already thin, is not going to be good for your health. But I'm sure you already know that! Knock yourself out, therefore. Starve yourself until you look like a skeleton. Don't come crying to me when your hair and teeth start to fall out.

No, it's not possible and you don't need to lose weight anyway. At your height, you're already quite slim. What you need to do is figure out why you have this poor self image.

noooo . cuz ur 2 young 2 do da fitness stuff. go on an extreme diet n exercise a lot. it may work.
