No. Especially if you use a temporary hair dye (the kind that lasts 6-8 shampoos). Most of these are extremely mild and almost as safe as shampooing your hair.

I am a profesional Hair dresser of 15 Years and still going. So this would be my advise to my client.. Depends on how long will you need it to be brown? The best is using a Demi-permant color like Color sync from Matrix(Done by a professional) it will last long on your hair and get al whole lot of shine. About 6 - 8 weeks depending on your hair, Although, you will need to know if its fine dont do too dark, and also it will let it go within 4 weeks or so. But it wont damage your hair!!

If the dye job is done professionally it most likely will not fall out. At most it would make your hair a little drier than usual, nothing a good conditioner can't fix.
Try a wig or those spray on dyes thatyou can find at drug stores

No difficulty! I even have dark brown hair and that i dye mine a medium reddish blond. I save the colour on my hair the quantity of time disbursed and when I even have ten minutes left till now rinsing I placed the dye on my eyebrows. don't get it into your eyes although... i take advantage of a q-tip or previous toothbrush merely for this objective. It supplies a suited hint of purple to mixture with the hair. sturdy success.

No your hair will not fall out, just use, or better yet have your hairstylist use, a demi-permanent color to cover the red. I suggest Redken Shades EQ.

i don't think you should dye your hair since these two colors are very different. but if you really have to.....this might sound strange, but if you don't want your hair to fall out, wash your hair with salt....not salt that we eat with but salt that you can buy in drugstores for your body. it really does work, but for the first couple of times after you dyed your hair, use regular shampoo to wash your hair. after that, to keep it in a nice condition, use salt to wash it (but also use shampoo, just use salt water to wet it and wash your hair a little in it) it really does work!! believe me, cuz that's what i do!!! =D
