First, what do you drink through the day? V-8 do this, it normal, so think of different drinks and stop for a few days and see if it clear up.
Next, is Hemorrhoids, not sure how to check, I think they hurt some. I guess if you know someone who will look, they see them, just bumpy things I think.
Last I know is Prostate Cancer, I really hope this not what it is. I think now they check different for prostate cancer, but, the old way was the finger test, just poke up in there and rub the prostate, if, it ok then finger may just look wet, if there a problem there is blood on the finger.
Also, I know this something people not want to hear, but, wash good there everyday, maybe every-time you go and see if that help. Dry well and maybe use a Talc Powder.
Below are three links to University of Maryland. Read these and all the Links on Symptoms and Treatment.
The first if I remember correct, mention problems with digestive tract and anywhere from the in point to the out could be the problem.
I hope you read these and then you go see a Doctor. I hope it just something minor in the digestive tract, maybe cause by something you eat regular, but, have a Doctor check this out.

You can find out more about natural hemorrhoids cure here http://curehemorrhoid.info
Diarrhea can contribute to hemorrhoid formation because the bowel undergoes pressure strains due to the condition. Undue pressure on the veins that make up internal hemorrhoidal structures can worsen existing damage. Internal hemorrhoids are not visible, unless they proplapse (protrude) from the anus, either constantly or during a bowel movement. If this is the case, then you have a grade III or IV internal hemorrhoid. If the protrusion is on the anal verge or the area surrounding the anus, then its likely an external hemorrhoid. Reducing pressure from issues of diarrhea and constipation will help. Not straining during a bowel movement, not lifting heavy objects, not sitting for extended periods, all will help.

An external hemorrhoid is simply a vein located at the anal verge, the wall of which as weakened and protruded. Don't push on it, this will only increase pressure and worsen it. The body has to repair the vein wall and rebuild the integrity. This takes time, perhaps weeks, if all goes well. Use sitz baths and over-the-counter medications such as pads or creams to provide symptom relief in the interim. These won't solve the issue long term, but will give the tissue a better chance at self-healing.

Internal hemorrhoids are a different matter and require more intervention. Your best bet is to educate yourself about the condition, its causes and what options there are to treat it both short and long term. Don't ignore it though, hemorrhoids tend to become chronic in nature, lasting years or decades in some cases.

Hi, I'm a Registered Nurse; Dear, this should have been checked out like 24 months ago, when you first noticed blood on tissue paper. First I don't want to alarm you, for panic doesn't help at all. But please make an appointment ASAP with a physician. Your primary care physician would be great, if you don't have one, now is an excellent time to find one. If the blood is bright red, the problem is close to the anal opening, could be a fistula, a hemorrhoid, (2years for a hemorrhoid is a long time).? could also be a polyp. The list of possibilities is long and wide. Furthermore it is pure speculation from the stand point, where I'm setting. So please it's significant to have blood from the anal area, it's a RED FLAG, please seek health care evaluation. It's probably nothing serious, so go and get it checked, before it becomes a major issue. Thanks for the opportunity to answer such a sensitive question. Now get going to the Doctor.

You may have hemmohroids. If it's uncomfortable to sit and itchy sometimes...that's most likely it. They are no fun.
If you're under 60, it's unlikely you have colon cancer but not unheard of for any age to get that disease. I don't mean to scare you. But I had the same thing happen to me and I made sure to look into the facts on cancer as well.
Go to the Dr. is my advice.
I had the condition before and researched it. If the blood is bright that's a better sign it's nothing serious and if it's darker blood, that can be a bad sign. I used preparation H and it worked well when I had them.
Also, this may sound disgusting but I was told sometimes after going to the bathroom, wet some toilet paper and clean yourself, sometimes not getting it all clean call really really aggravate that area.
And sitting on harder chairs for a long period of time can make things harder...go to webmd.com and look at the info there.
Also, it's a good idea to pay attention to what you're eating or drinking during the day and see if that affects it...I know it did me.

Hemorrhoids are swollen and inflamed veins in the anal canal. They can be itchy, bleeding and/or painful protrusions just under the skin. To get rid of hemorrhoids you can use this natural method that already have thousands of positive reviews https://tr.im/cFhOh
There are two types internal and external. Internal are inside the anal canal in the lower rectum and external are at the anus. They result from increased pressure in the veins often due to straining during bowel movements and during pregnancy. Scratching in an attempt to relieve the itching symptoms further weakens the area and compounds the problem.

2 years? I agree with others, go to a doctor. I had it one day and I was in the emegency room getting myself checked out (in my case, I over reacted though). Rectal bleeding could be a lot of things. but if it is a problem that has been going on for 2 years. it should be looked into. It may not be anything to worry about...I know it is hard not freak yourself out, but get checked by a doctor. make an appointment with your normal doctor for as soon as you can get in.
