Are you asking "How do I use Outlook to view my Yahoo email?"
1) See if you have Outlook. Go to Start, Run type in outlook.exe. enter. If it executes, go to step 2. If you don't have it, buy it.
2) Make sure your Yahoo account is NOT the free one. Yahoo charges $20 per year for Yahoo Plus which allows POP access.
3) Follow the directions on the link below to set it up. If you run into trouble, ask Yahoo Answers.
Good Luck

Microsoft Outlook is an email reader that's a part of Microsoft Office. Outlook works on any IMAP or POP email accounts....which you can obtain from different websites. So you need to buy Office and set it up with an email account to use Outlook....

Outlook is a program that comes with the Office Suite -- it is not a service provider.
Check your installed programs to see if you have it, then set it up.
