First, seek your doctor's advice for calorie intake suggested, secondly, eat fiber for breakfast, fuit and veggies for snacks, a large lunch, and a low calorie meal(300) for dinner, and don't eat after 6:30pm. Drink lots of water and or hot tea(non- caffeinated). Jello is a good low calorie tasty treat. I just lost 60 lbs in a little less than a year by doing this and exercising some. I eat four to six veggies per day, a lot of protein and fiber and still have room in my calorie intake for cookies and pizza. Best of luck to you. I have many friends on my diet and it is working for them too!
