and sometimes i break out in heat bumps around my groin area after sweating so much is there anything over the counter to stop or slow it down? please dont report i need a serious answer

wear cotton underwear
dust yourself with corn starch or baking soda when getting dressed
avoid constricting garments like a tight girdle
or heavy restrictive clothes
take a warm bath in alveeno bath powder
baking soda
corn starch or oatmeal it will coat your skin
drink plenty of water to keep hydrated

I dont know what u should do but u should not be working 16 hours a day!!!Thats way to much!!! Take a visit to the docter and a vacation!!

Go to the drug store and buy some Tinactin Spray. Yes, I know it's for athletes foot but this will help to keep you dry and will prevent you from getting 'jock itch'.

ok...this is gonna sound funny...lol...there is some stuff called honeydust that you can usually buy at adult stores....it blockes chaffing and it keeps sweat off your skin......it works really well and you'll smell nice too...lol.....I use it and it really works.....it is a Karma Sutra line of powders and lotions and things..you can find it online too.
