Depending on the shade of blonde his natural color is will determine what color his downstair hair is. I am a natural blonde and yes, mine is blonde. However, my sister, who is also a blonde, but a darker shade, has light brown pubic hair. So it just depends. The eyebrows are a great indicator, but it is the outer eyebrows toward the temple area that is the best match.

Not unless he is bleaching his hair. His pubic hair will be a darker than that of his head, a light brown in colour, it could even be a mousy colour.
