I feel like I have a VERY high temperature, but I don't. My head is throbbing, and my throat hurts ALOT but it's not red or swollen.
What could this be? I feel terrible but I can't convince my mom because she doesn't notice anything.

Migraine headache perhaps. See a doctor about it to make sure it's not anything serious.
