it is one of those things that you feel.
you can keep asking guys out and you might find someone that way but then again you might not.
you'll know when you have found the right guy. But it might take a long time or it might not. it is hard to say.

really, you can never tell. but on certain occasions you can tell when he ACTUALLY pays attention to you. But make sure if he does pay attention, and then all of a sudden is down and lower than a well, you ask him if someting's wrong.Or else you might accidentally dump him because you think he doesn't pay attention.

There isn't a real way to know if he's "the one" but give it time, he'll come along. When he does, you'll just know.
