the last judgement refers to the rapture, when basically god ends the world, and judges everybody living, sending them to either hell or heaven. meaning that when the trumpets of judgment are blowing, the world is ending and it's the end of everything.

basically, it's saying that if you think something, and you dont express it, it'll come back to you at the end, when it's too late to do anything about it.

That's a Biblical reference that talks about how at Judgment (end of the world, judgment by the Lord), even the thoughts that we had in secret will be shouted from the rooftops. In other words, everyone will know all our thoughts and deeds on earth when the trumpet of judgment is sounded.

I am not sure, but maybe it means:

your first thought is probably your best and that it will keep coming back to you as the answer that you should use. It goes through the trumpet which means that you keep thinking about it.

This is just my guess. We do quotes like this in science.

well my guess for that would be our first "thought" is our first choice or conviction of how we believe life to be, wether you choose god or not, and then it is "rendered back to us by the trumpets of the last judgement" meaning when the end comes your first choice is usually your last if it is a strong conviction, and that your fate will be decided by that choice or "thought"....

just a strong guess. hope it helps.

We are made in the image of the Lord and so if we listen to ourselves we are actually listening to God as we will find out when we meet God on Judgment Day.

Thoughts are things. Every outward manifestation begins in the mind. What we think and speak go before us and we must face the consequences in the end.
