how do i keep my hair curly//wavy all day long while wet?

i have naturally straight hair......meaning it take sa long time for it to look wavy.i wet it in the morning and put gel.....but it kinda wears off during the day. i want it to have that freash out of the sho9wer hair look
like it looks wet but really is rock hard. haha ok maybe not ROCK HARD

Ok this is what I do every day.
If you want a wet look-
After you get out of the shower, towel-dry your hair. Then put Herbal Essence Totally Twisted Scrunching Gel and scrunch your hair with it. If that doesn't work too well, I would try any kind of mousse. Put it all throughout your hair and scrunch it up tight to keep curl. Use hairspray to hold it for the rest of the day. If you need to keep gel/mousse/hairspray in your purse.
If you want a dry look-
Take a shower at night. Towel dry your hair. Put mousse and gel in your hair. Scrunch it on the top of your head and tie it up in a scrunchi. Sleep on the messy bun that night. When you wake up in the morning it will be really curly and it stays all day because it already dried like that.

You need a REALLY hard gel and hairspray u need to not brush ur hair when it dries with the hairspray in it or it will poof Try getting Maximum hold any type but experiment with different ones

Okay, that's a good question. Next time you get out of the shower, try a really good hairspray, to substitute the gel you are usually using. Try Aussie Instant Freeze Hairspray, Maximum Hold, $3.79 (perhaps higher), found at your local drug store.

Thats easy, i can only recomend wet looking wavy hair, but not ROCK HARD wavy hair i hope thats ok!
You can use "Pantene prov Hydrating Curls" it looks like your hair is wet but leaves it soft, not hard.
But if you want hard wet looking hair use moose after a shower.
I recommend " Suave Naturaul Moose"
there are different types some that hold for 7 to 9 hours!
