Like the really big ones that come once in awhile and hurt when you touch them?

AcneFree Terminator.
Its a spot treatment for pimples and blackheads, and i guess its the knockoff of Proactiv. I had one of those huge pimples, I applied a little of the terminator, and the size and swelling was about 80% gone the next day. I've tried everything from toothpaste to Proactiv, and this stuff worked the best out of all i've tried. For normal acne, the Neutrogena cleansing cloths work miracles. But, again, that's just my opinion. Both cost about 6 bucks at walmart.

boil some water and put it in a safe bowl o wateva and let the piping ot steam sorrond yo pimple waft te air to to face and then the pimple with b soft 4 u 2 pop it so pop it it shouldnt hurt den put some ice on it so it dont scar and if u dont have ice get a rag and sock it in cold water and yo pimple will be gone and u will have a pimpin face

I recommend Tea Tree Oil, it is amazing stuff, it might smell really bad but it works.
