I know it mean she not interested? is it true or just she could be shy/freaked out and it was too soon (she has been at work for two week)..eVEN IT IS true that she may be shy or she may have to meet her friend really, is it true,, i should never ask her again, if she interested she should ask me next time?

What I should do when i see again at work?

That's not always the way it works. I'd just be the same next time you see her at work. 2 weeks may sound a while but if she's new to town then I wouldn't get too worried if she turns down your first offer. Just see how things go, ask again in another couple of weeks.

You say that she has worked there for two weeks, but have the two of you gotten to know eachother?
When you see her at work just be a friend for now, and keep talking to her. Maybe plan meeting for coffee when you both have a day off together.

Don't act weird about what she said.

Was she smiling when she told you no. If she was happy and said no then ask her again but next time ask her when it will be a good time. If she was dead serious, screw her, shes a biasch.

Well, i wouldnt say anything, it would make you sound like a stalker. Try to become friends. Then work your relation ship up and up
