Okay... so I'm not a girl... but.. I will say this...
If you listen to your friends when it comes to your relationship... you'll end up losing the relationship... anyone who insists that you go a "step further"... isn't mature enough to handle a relationship...
I would let things progress naturally... she'll let you know when she's comfortable enough for you to do so...
1. I wouldn't come right out and ask.. (make her very uncomfortable if she's not ready)
2. My g/f lets me do this.
3. She's always eager for me to do so...

i'm 24, so it's been a few years since i was in grade school and hook ups were a big deal, but i still have my fair share of them. ask her flat out if it would be okay for you to round second with her. she'll probably be impressed with how open you are. make sure you let her know you would never pressure her into doing something she does not feel comfortable with or dislike her if she said no. when i bring a guy home, feeling me up is just the beginning! it's always a nice touch, and definitely feels good. of course we like it... duuuh! just be open with your girlfriend. you will only regret doing something to make her feel like you are pushing her... good luck babe!

They are telling you to do that so you can get slaped in the face, I let my FIANCE do that because we have been together for over 4 years and are living together. If you have been with her for over a year then I would say something politely and ask her if she loves you and would let you do that.
