Im looking for a good program to clone one hard drive to another. Perferably one that doesnt clone while in windows.

Hi I was just cloning my hard drive last week and I would highly suggest Norton Ghost, it doesn't take that long at all to clone it and it is really accurate like it gives an exact copy of your hard drive. I hope that this helps you. Good Luck

You can use Acronis Migrate Easy for such purpose. It's quite reliable and rapidly working software that will execute your cloning task in precise manner.
