you are making a grave assumption there- just because they from africa does not mean they were black- the traditional point of view is that neanderthals were actually dark skinned people, nowever were not black in the traditional sense of the word.

Now to the adam thing.
The bible and evolution are 2 contrasting theories and in such dont match up at all- so why would they concur that adam was even a neanderthal? let alone black?

In all realitly though keep in mind that those reamins from the rift valley are the oldest remains found thus far, and it is possible that older remains could be found elsewhere where currently white people reside.

not to mention that evolution states that humans have mutated to suit their enviroments, ie white where the weather is cold black where it is hot etc, what would happen if it had of been cold in africa several thousand years ago?... dont forget the ice age etc where dark skin would not have been practical

I could continue on this point for quite a bit but since we were not around back then we will never know.

the bible does not mention race. God feels this is a totally obserd idea . yes it is a racist question Your whole mind set is based on race you have proven it by your question. if you were a human it would not matter. you choose to be a color. It is very very sad. you could be free. You could be a brother of all mankind but you have chosen to identify who you are, A very important thing by the color of your skin in your question.
Genesis was a old old tale and there are earlier african versions from africa. It is a metaphor for the human soul and a explanation of why Man exists in a world of opposite while the creator lives outside or trancends our duality.
Go to the library and find the creation tales from africa they are very very beutifull.
You could choose to be free and join the human race. Only when people stop thinking in colors OR opposites. Like the tale from the bible. Then we can move back into that Garden.

You should do a little more research before making statements like that. Most archeologists agree that man originated around the mesopotamian area, probably around the fertile crescent in the middle east. In fact the Bible mentions 4 rivers, one of which , the Euphrates, runs through modern day Iraq. Blacks did descend from Noah's son Ham, but his curse did not mean that they are any more sinful than any other race. It was actually the Canaanites that recieved God's wrath and were kicked out of the land by the Israelites.

Who cares which race was here on earth? Black, White, Yellow, Blue, Green. What is the point? Does it really matter? Is that why the world is in the depraved state that it is currently in?

Where exactly does the old testament say that ALL BLACK PEOPLE ARE SINNERS? People always get in trouble when you start saying ALL BLACKS ARE SINNERS? Add some details in your question stating where? Tell me where it says that ALL African-Americans are sinners! What, everyone else is sinless? Answer that for me...

Hmm...I'm not familiar wth that verse of scripture in the Bible which says black people are sinners. Perhaps you can enlighten me? What book is it? What chapter and verse?

And as to my first thought about why it is not mentioned that Adam was a black person was because I personally believe that God saw no color of skin. 1 Samuel 16:7 God said to the prophet Samuel, "Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature because I have refused him; for the Lord sees not as man sees; for man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart."

I am not sure if the ancient Hebes thought much about skin colour, seeing as they likely sported a pretty decent tan themselves from the desert sun. If you are talking evolutionary research and the out of Africa theory, that is still not 100% certain and says nothing so far about melanin levels.

No. That's erroneous. Look at it again, carefully. Incidentally, all humanity is in the same condition. Also all at about the same level of quietly frenetically expectancy given everybody is waiting on the same thing. Worldwide. You shouldn't single people out like that. It gives one preeminence over another. Big no - no. Before you treat a subject like that you should look at it very carefully. Or - not at all.

According to the Bible all people were the same color until they attempted to build the Tower of Babel then God spread people all over the earth and made them different colors and speak different languages so they could not communicate with each other.
