How do u scan pictures for a HP printer with a scanner ? PLEase help

i also lost the downloading cds is there any way i can download it free

you use the program thats came wit it and follow the steps...
or you can just put the paper thing in and hit the scan button on the printer and the document will show up on the screen...

You should be able to get the drivers from HP for your scanner. Make sure that the software is loaded onto you PC before connecting the scanner.
Connecting the scanner first loads drivers stored in Windows and the equipment will not run properly.
Go to the HP website and request the CD for your model.

Well, if your using a word processing program (like Word) - you could 'import' document from scanner. Everything should be automatic You also should have some software that came with your 'all-in-one' and you can do it from there also. I don't know which software HP uses.
