Like I already said...a backyard breeder. Keep looking in the paper, you will find one!!!!!!! You are not that far from Binghamton. That paper has Pugs all the time. No good breeder sell puppies for that kind of money.
If you find one at the pound, or petfinder, they will be already spayed. Somehow, I get the impression that you do not want that. Am I wrong???????????
I am NOT a proponent of BYB. I would save up the money and go to a real breeder where you would get health clearances and a health guarantee. You will pay more, but sometimes you get what you pay for.
