I downloaded it but i dont know how to use it! Please help.. how do you get a song on it?

To edit a song in Audacity, go to the Project menu and select "Import Audio." Browse for the song you want to modify. Audacity will import the song--it may take a few minutes depending on the size. Then the track will appear in the Audacity window, and you are free to have at it.
Play around with the effects; delete or move things around in the song...I learned how to use the program just by fooling around with it and consulting the Help file on occasion. u need 2 kno the instructions. its not a 123 step process. my brother uses it 2 make ringtones and it takes a while. y did u download it if u didn't kno how 2 use it neway? well n any case i hop ei figure it out. hope i could help!
