Melted butter (2 sticks)
1 Tbsp. powdered garlic (fresh will make the flesh turn green! Yipes!)
1 Tbsp. Seasoned Salt (Lawry's or McCormicks is what we like)
Alton Brown (Food Network) had a great show on last night about how to fry turkeys, w/ some great tips. Check the show out on "Good Eats" on their website.

do not season the ouside it is going to easily burn to honestly. also my pal who's a butcher and intensely reliable with flavoring meats ordinarily only used to apply italian dressing. Use zesty or red bell pepper etc... It makes for a fabulous moist and flaovrful fowl.
