How do i remove the transmission vacuum modulator from my 1966 mustang v8 with automatic trans?. Then how do i install a new vacuum modulator? How do i adjust it?

there is one bolt that holds it in ,remove the bolt and pull straight back or lightly pry the valve out,there is a small metal pin in the valve ,dont lose it.transfer the pin to the new valve and install with a new o ring and reinstall the valve and vacuum hose,the valves have a color code band on them,get the same color replacement valve.if you can jack the car from the rear as some fluid will leak out otherwise

The come pre adjusted and color coded for the factory. You undo lock bolt pull it out, install is the reverse. Have fun

You undo the retainer bolt,and pull out the old,and replace the new.There pre set from the factory.
