You don't need a TV to make copies of tapes. Connect the Line Out jacks of the VCR with the tape you want to copy to the Line In jacks of the copy VCRs using Y-cables (for two tapes). For more VCRs, you can connect the Line Out jacks to an amplifier (available at Radio Shack and other electronics stores) that can connect to multiple VCRs.

If you don't mind some loss of quality, you can take the RF Out of the VCR with the tape you want to copy into an RF splitter (2-to-1? 4-to-1?) and take the splitter outputs to the RF In of the copy VCRs. The RF can also be amplified (more loss of quality) for more VCRs.

The more you play a tape, the more wear it gets, and the poorer the picture gets. You have to balance the number of copies you want against the number of plays left in the tape to figure out how many VCRs you'll need running at one time. None of the tape copies can ever look as good as the original tape.

All you need is an audio/video selector that can come in 2, 3, 4, 6, way switch. They can be bought at any electronic store like Radio Shack, Best Buy, Future Shop, etc......
