please I would like to know the history of this drug and how it can by ananlsyse by liqiud chromatography/mass spectrum

The other is a very old drug Willow tree bark tea was used to cure ailments hundreds of years ago synthesised as N-(4-hydroxyphenyl)acetamide.

Mass spectroscopy might not solve the problem as you would spend a long time working out what organic molecules were present finding that you had an original base molecule of benzene. I guess you'd look for the dinitrile group on the codene among other things.

I was drawn to this question due to the fact I swallow 8 of them each day and have already buggered my kidneys by taking Diclofenic but I didn't get past the word ananlsyse, good job as some of the next words I can't even say them never mind understand them..................
