No.
Doing the same exercise for hours at a time and at a high intensity everyday is bad for you (i.e. running 2 hours a day at a fast pace everyday is not good for your muscles and joints, and you will soon get injured).
You can easily do cardio everyday by doing different exercises on different days and at different intensities.
eg
Monday - Running (Short and fast)
Tuesday - Swimming (Long and slow)
Wednesday - Aerobics
Thursday - Cycling
Friday - Running (Long and slow)
Saturday -Swimming (Short and fast)
Sunday - Hill walking

While cardio as often as possible is great for you, most personal trainers and doctors I have spoken to recommend a day or two break in the week for recovery time.

if by this you mean: cardiovascular exercise - then the answer is no it has a beneficial effect for most people, provided that you do not overdo it and take plenty of good rest in between sessions - add this to a healthy diet and you will be well away!

no, cardio is what keeps your heart beating and produces oxygen, travels blood through your body etc. and you want your heart to keep pumping.

It is good but not Every Single Day! Give yourself a day or two each week to rest. Also, it can be hard on your joints (esp. knees)....you'll feel it when you get older.
