Well, i think you should ask her what her intentions are. If she is in a relationship, then why is she flirting with you? What if you two were together? Could you trust her? However, it seems like you would make a nice couple. Maybe you should just ask her to go out one day after work. Just keep it cool and casual so u can see how she reacts. that way, there won't be any tension at work

There are certain people that are flirting with no particular reason. Maybe she wants attention to feel that even though she have a boyfriend, she can be attractive to someone else. But, maybe she is interested in you. I'm just saying be care full because if you say that you have feelings about her she might react the opposite of what you expect.I just don't want to be hurt by her.
To test her, say something about marriage as a joke and watch how she is reacting. If she doesn't react bad, maybe there's a chemistry between you.
Good luck.

Ask her. Perhaps her "boyfriend" isn't as good to her as he should be and she is looking for someone who will be. If you think that you could really care for her, ask her out. If she says no then you'll have your answer as to how to take her flirting. Just flirting. If she says yes then maybe there is more there than just flirting. Either way you'll know where you stand. If she isn't married then there is no reason not to ask her out and see where it goes from there. Good luck I hope you've found the woman of your dreams.

You know the golden rule? Dont mix business and pleasure. But if you truly feel like she could be perfect for you then one night after work if you both happen to leave at the same time ask her out for coffee and have a chat outside work, see what kind of a person she is away from the office and if your still attracted to her. If she says no then ask her another time if after three times she says no then dont worry about her she's just a tease and like the attention from you. Im female i should know, we all loooooooooove attention from someone that isnt our partner, its just to test the water to see if we are still attractive to others

well it sounds like you wont more then a piece of ****, and she might just want that, you say she has a BF, you should just play it like you do'nt know that or don't care, she might also just want out of that relationship, if you like her, then just one day as she is hitting on you, bring up going out for a dink, timeing is everything, need to wait for her to saysome thing bout doing something with you then throw in there how bout later....i do'nt know depends on what she sayz on how you responed but timing is everything, make it sound like you just through it out there off the top of your head, if she says yes then go from there if she sayz no sorry i have a bf then you know she is just a flirt and it will not go anywere
