Well it feels good if it isn't someone too heavy...but I don't think it would fix a major back problem and could really mess you up if done incorrectly or if the person slipped and fell on your head.

having someone light walk on your back feels pretty good, if thats all your looking for its like a massage, but other than that i dont know how good it is for you
