There are a million reasons why you could be feeling this way. Stress, depression,anxiety,excitement,viral infection, boredom and so on and so on. A week isn't that long to have a decreased appetite unless you have underlying health issues. Keep your fluid intake up though!

Well, you better eat something anyway. And you might want to get checked out, because you should feel like eating something. But, you could be worried or stressed out about something.

yea that happens to me i usually force myself to eat it..like im not a morning person so in the mornings i just shove food in my mouth even though i dont want it but im still hungry...its a phase mine goes away when i start eating tastier food..like your favoite food or something...

Yes, I have had that before. It passes. I just made myself eat anyway, even if it was just some toast and juice.
