haha i get this one alot! it means you are confident and you might come across too strongly. or maybe you are smart and not afraid to show it. all and all you are probably a powerful woman and men fear this. some men prefer ditsy bimbos and not woman with something to say!

It means either you've out smarted them or out played them. Men don't like women to show their strong points. Don't you know, we should be below them not above them. It's the male ego being crushed. (Now, not all men are like that!!)

it means that, to them..you seem too good. your so perfect to them, your smart and pretty. things like tht can intimidate a guy. they feel lower than you. so if he told you that, its not tht hes scared or anything. just get a talking to him. get him to feel comfortable around you.

You come on too strong, you talk too much, you try to indicate that you know everything, you're too aggressive (aggressive is good, TOO aggressive - making all the decisions, pouncing on the man, is too much)...
