Do I need a special bakery license to run a bakery store?

Usually not. BUT you will most likely need a health permit from the local county, state, etc. depending on where you are located. Contact thier agencies to find out what is required regarding permitting, etc.

You need a business licence check with your local city hall and
find out what you need for sure they will be able to tell you all the different criterai you need to meet before you can operate a bakery.
