I live in a community where everyone knows everybody else. I met this girl about a week ago who happens to be the most popular girl here. Last week her best friend asked me what i thought about her (im guessing she asked her to). Shes always going over and talking to me. She calls me about the dumbest things which im guessing she just wants to talk to me, she just needs an excuse.

Anyway every single guy in the community wants her. I talked her on the phone for like 4 hours and won every phone faceoff. She asked me to walk her home from somewhere because she was scared even though i found out later she could have gotten a ride home.

She just broke up with one of my best friends and i think they still have feelings for each other, but she told me that its never gonna work out between them. Should I ask her out yet or wait for stuff to settle or maybe get to know her better?

b4 asking her out, talk to you're friend. if he's ok with you dating her, then go for it. but if not then you should just stay as friends, you wouldn't want to loose a friend over a girl. a girl you probably wont stay with forever. will it be worth loosing a friendship? it's obvious she likes you but she's probably still has feeling for the other guy so it's not a good time to move in anyway

Baby baby, this girl has given you every clue short of wrestling you to the ground. If you friend is not over this girl, how is that going to go down with you and the friend? Do men have any rules concerning girls? If not, proceed, if so, this could get sticky. You are going to lose out on one or the other. But man oh man, this girl does like you!

umm... this is a toughy. well if you guys are talkin on the phone for 4 hours + then she obviously likes you or is just bored, but i would guess that its cuz she likes ya. if her and her ex are still flirting, but she says that it would never work out again, the i would ask her out. i wouldnt care wht anyone thought cuz its not their problem to deal with. and if it means losing a friend over a girl..well then thats up to you, chose either the chick or the guy.

Well if she just got out of a relationship at least give her a chance to get over it. and while she's doing that, be there for her and then after awhile make a move. but don't wait too long. or else she might think ur not going to do anything and somone else might take her. so just stick to ur gut dude.

Dont rush just let everything settle down and give her sometime to figure everythimg out. She still probably likes him a little bit but likes you too. Just give her a little time and see how things are and then go from there

Before you even think about asking her out think about what u just said....she just broke up with one of your best friends....that is throwing me off......friends don't date other friends ex's....even if the the other friend said it was okay.....because deep down.....he isn't okay with it and it could ruin your friendship with him.....your best bet is to find someone who is interested in you and see if you guys can hit it off.....

It sounds like she likes you a lot...but talk with your friend and ask him if he thought it would be ok if you two started dating...if he says yes...go for it...if he says no wait a little (but if you REALLY REALLY REALLY like her go for it no matter what)
