For Buffalo Wings
Franks Hot Sauce
butter or margarine
Use however much hot sauce you want, add butter, the milder the sauce you want the more butter you use. You only have to deep fry your wings until they start to float. Put your sauce in a container or a 1 gallon jug, add the wings and shake. Put on a platter and serve.
The most important part of buffalo wings is the celery sticks and a small bowl of chunky blue cheese dressing.

I make this about 3 times a month and your gonna thank me for this recipe. 2 Cups Franks hot sauce, 1 stick butter, a sprinkle of cayenne pepper and 2 shakes tobasco sauce. Bring all this to a boil on your stove top. Deep fry some chicken wings until done, or crispy looking and drain them. Put them on a cookie sheet and take your Franks Sauce mixture and brush it over top your wingies and stick in the oven at 300 for about 15 mins. You can keep brushing layer upon layer over top your wings all your little heart desires! Then get your wet wipes ready, cause things are going to get hot and messy!!

The cornstarch slurry may make the sauce too thick so if you do attempt to use this method be careful not to add too much cornstarch. Usually heating the pepper sauce on medium heat and adding butter and perhaps a pinch of sugar to the mix is all you need to thicken it up a bit. I'd try using butter before try adding the cornstarch. GL

Nowadays, tomato paste comes in a tube - you can add a little at a time, and not have to throw the rest (of the canned) away.
If you find this is compromising the flavor, a few drops of Tabasco will not thin it back down much.

My recipe is this, and I'll be in a competition this weekend with it.
6 Tbsp. butter
1/3 cup favorite hot sauce
1 packet Good Seasoning Italian dressing powder
Mix over low heat and toss with whatever you're making. I fry my drummies, toss with sauce, and bake a bit longer. So good!
