Yes u should ask him out before someone else does go for it u have nothing to lose. If hesays no which is not likeley its okay that happens to everyone, if he says yes u 2 can be together 4 ever. best of luck 2 u

ive always been a fan of the the guy should ask the girl out scenario, but if he seems to like u 2 then yeh id go for it cuz maybe he is a little shy to ask u out.
