Well I dont know about fat.. but cals..

You can burn almost 300 cals just by sleeping..
200 cals from drinking 6 medium glasses of ICED water.
160 cals cleaning the house.
100 cals sitting around doing nothing
600 cals working 8 hour shift.

I duno.. But your supposed to eat around 1,200 cals a day so even it out and your body will burn fat.

Human body uses fat deposits as combustible for every bodily function on a 24-hour basis.

How much depends on body weight, sex and activity. The more you weight the more fat you burn. The more you move the more fat your body uses. Men use more than women.

If you happen to move very fast as when running or exerting intense effort like in lifting weights your muscles uses a combination of sugar deposits and fat deposits for fuel.

A 200 Lbs man will use about 3/4 Lbs of accumulated human fat and 1/2 Lbs of accumulated human sugar every 24 hours. (About 3000 calories)

Satisfied?

any exercise burns calories. watch your calorie intake and output. to burn fat off your stomach, do crunches and ab workouts. that would be much more effiecent. you can devote the same amount of time as u do on ur trampoline just once a week and you will see great improvement. dont forget to work all parts of your abs (like also external obliques). good luck!
