No, I don't think it's stupid. What IS stupid is when people write things and don't even know biology

If a father has blue eyes, and the mummy eco-friendly eyes, do the father's eyes spontaneously turn eco-friendly if their first toddler is born with eco-friendly eyes? of course not. persons do not evolve. Species evolve. Why does not there be monkeys? If a species is definitely adapted to its environment, there is not any reason it could exchange. Monkeys proceed to grant delivery to new monkeys. If even though their environment adjustments, or a inhabitants of monkeys strikes to a distinctive environment, then any adjustments of their offspring which coach efficient in the hot environment would be surpassed on. over the years this would bring about a clean species. Evolution is a fact. The information for that's in the fossil checklist. organic decision is a concept that tries to describe why evolution occurs. by the way, Charles Darwin grew to become right into a Christian his finished existence. So if he switched over on his deathbed, what did he convert to?

I have been studying Science for the last 10 years
and as for the Theory of Evolution, it is Just that a Theory.
it is basiically like trying to guess what a picture is by only looking at less than one percent of the whole picture.
There are millions of species alive today, and many more species have gone extinct over the history of this planet. also out of the billions of single life forms that have lived on this planet very few Fossils have actually been discovered.(this is the <1%)
these fossils that have been discovered have been used to map out a Theory of Evolution composed of Plateus (rungs of a ladder or steps on a staircase, but with nothing connecting the steps or rungs together) of species. but there are no fossils that have been found that are between these Plateus. for the Theory to ever become a Fact what is reqired is to find fossils that clearly show the change of one species into another (rope, rope-ladder(rungs), or chain of fossil evidence, when graphed will show a slope with horizontal flat sections) or for some currently living animal to give birth to something that is unable to reproduce with the Mother species but is able to reproduce with one that is identical to it.

An Evolutionary-Mutation would be fertile, but would have a completely different Genome from the Parent Species, unlike a normal mutation which damages the genetic code leaving the child infertile or with severe birth defects that ussually end in death, example is a mule which is the cross between a donkey and a horse. though it is similar to the parent species it is unable to reproduce with either species or with other crosses. it is there fore infertile and there for it is a mutation and is not considered a new species.

Many people have tried to claim that the Finches of Galapagos Island and other areas of the world are able to evolve. this is not the case all it is is a case of special specialization. it is simply a case of rececive genes taking dominance through variences in food availability. (the differences noticed in the Finches have been beak sizes and shapes).

As food availability changes the finches that have the genes which will enable them to make the best use of the available foods will gain dominance over those finches whose beak genes are specialized toward the food that is out of season or no longer available. there fore the average shape of the beaks will change over time in acordance to what food is readily available.

The finches have not changed species thay have just become specialized within their species. this can also cause some Genes to become extinct within a Species or Race. this is why "Race" could even be concidered to exist. Can make the Species Stronger or weaker based on what genes are lost over time.

On the other hand if the finches were no longer able to reproduce with the parent species but were only able to reproduce with other finches with the same beak size and shape then that Would mean that they had undergone Evolutionary-Mutation.
But this could only be tested in a Labratory under Precice Conditions.

Isn't it stupid that you couldn't find that this question was answered half a dozen times last week? When you put words in other people's mouths, call their thinking flawed, and fail to do the easy research, I can only come to the conclusion that at the best, your thinking is highly flawed, but it is just as likely, your purpose is deception, not enlightenment.

Humans and monkeys evolved from a common ancestor which was not a monkey.

Maybe evolution is the answer to how. People think to much in extremes. I dont believe the world is black and white. I watched a show on the history channel explaining how the world was made. They thought they were finally disproving the bible. I had my bible out during the show. Sure they were right that it probably didnt happen in seven days, but what is a day in heaven. The most important thing they missed wasnt the time it took. The most important thing is they say it happened in the same order as the bible does. That is a detail that can not be overlooked.

Evolution doesn't state we come directly from monkeys. It states we come from a Common Ancestor.

If you're going to argue about such things, then I suggest you actually read about it and quit listening to the propaganda. Then you can, at least, make a stand... instead of just lashing out in the dark at whatever you "think" it is.

BTW, it is shown that the only "dogs" in the world thousands of yrs ago was a type of wolf... How did we get all these other dogs and still have wolves?

First of all there are many branches of evolution and I believe in it. Although some scientists believe we came from monkeys there really isnt ANY proof. Thats why you have completely different species' on both sides of the spectrum but no link in between. Hence the phrase "the missing link".... You are calling something stupid, yet you cant even get your grammar down correctly enough to ask a simple question.

OMG ! When will you bible thumpers move on from this question and just read the discover ones. Anyway we did not come from the modern monkeys you see today, but rather the modern monkeys and man have a common ancestral link back about two million years ago. Please go to college and stop running home from Sunday school to post your latest ignorant question.

Yes Scientists have already discovered Darwin's Theory as false. There are heaps of archaeological findings that prove humans where more advanced millions of years ago and they didn't look like monkeys. These findings are in line with the ancient Vedic texts which date over5,000 years old. Read the book Forbidden Archeology and Hidden History of the Human Race by Michael A Cremo go to http://www.stephen-knapp.com for Vedic understanding and universal truths.

Flawed thinking?

Evolution is something we (even YOU) can see and experience with your own life, right now (heard about the trouble with bird flu? wouldn't be such a problem if the virus didn't EVOLVE quickly to overcome the adversity that our vaccines present to it).

Evolution is backed up by a millenia of evidence that has NEVER been disputed or called into question in any way - only expanded as new information is gathered (by the way Gospel Shirly - Darwin did not deny evolution - that's a flat out lie read his works for yourself - I wouldn't expect you to believe me)

On the other hand, your religion requires a complete and total belief in an invisible man living somewhere in the sky who is supposedly all-powerful, but flatly refuses to give any proof of his existence - even though he endowed his "greatest" creation with a powerful, logical brain. Oh, and if we make a mistake or willfully choose not to follow his mostly arbitrary rules (stone your children for back talking anyone?) we get to spend the rest of eternity in some firey painful way. But, he loves us. It's for our own good, right?

Now, who is guilty of flawed thinking here?

What? Are you serious? I feel like I'd lose IQ points just trying to explain it to you. Very well, for your sake. Not all monkeys were exposed to the environmental factors that necessitated evolution. Evolution doesn't happen randomly or homogeneously across the board - it is a selective process brought about by environmental pressures. Why didn't all cats become tigers? You see how ridiculous your question is?
