No. B-12 is one of the vitamins in your body that helps with metabolism. If someone is B12 deficiant, under a microscope your red blood cells are slightly larger. It would have nothing to do with keeping bugs away.

I do not believe taking any supplements will decrease the chance bugs will bother you. Maybe I am wrong, but I have never heard of anything like that.

I think it is B-1 (thiamin), not B-12. Thiamin is very 'smelly', B-12 is essentially odorless.

if you take a lot of b12, you'll stink so bad you'll probably scare them bugs away! LOL!!
