I think he likes you!!! Go talk to him. Tell him that you have noticed that he has been looking at you and you just wanted to know what was up! Let him know that you have no problem with him looking at you.

This guy obviosly has a huge crush on u. maybe u could find someone that likes him and try to hook them up? or just tell him u don't want a bf right now, and one more thing is to just tell him ur not in to him anymore. If that doesn't work talk to me again.
