The Book of Revelation, (single. not plural) also called Revelation to John or Apocalypse of John. Revelation is divided into seven cycles of events, with the number seven also appearing frequently as a symbol within the Book of Revelation. The chapters of Revelation present a series of events, full of imagery and metaphor, which detail the chronology of God's judgment on the world.
Exact interpretations of the Chronology of Revelation vary extensively. Literal biblical scholars often see the events portrayed as a "laundry list," to be checked off one by one as the time of Revelation grows near. Others feel that the many images in Revelation are figurative or perhaps even commentaries on the world during the time when Revelation was written.

You may think what you like, but the book of REVELATION was written by John, the beloved of God. If you cannot understand it, then you need to grow in the Spirit. A lot. You cannot pick or choose what you believe when it comes to the Holy Word of God. You see, if you begin to have doubts, that is exactly what Satan wants. He is the great deceiver. Pray for understanding. Go to Sunday School. Any full gospel church has many studies on the book of Revelation. The Bible is truth. From Genesis to Revelation. May God bless you and lift the scales from your eyes.

Nope - only you.
Just joking. Revelation is highly symbolic and requires knowledge of the rest of the scriptures to understand. I recently got this book called "Revelations Climax is at Hand" from some JW's. Its deep reading itself, but it gave a good overall view and understanding of Revelation.

I do not see how anyone could deem that any of the chapters of the new or old testament were not written under the influence of powerful hallucinogens.
Irgoism was very common at that time caused by the hallucinogenic fungus Irgot that grows on grain used for bread.

God can show you visions when need be.
He showed John the end times so that when they happen, people would understand and believe, even when under heavy persecution.

First of all, you shouldn't be talking about the Bible that way. That'll get ya into hell right there! Second, have you ever seen the movie "Left Behind". If you haven't, watch it. Because that's what your life is gonna be like someday, honey.
