Daily or bi-daily baths/showers with soap, especially one like Dial or Zest that gets rid of odor causing bacteria, or Palmolive dish soap even. A gentle cleanser/moisturizer on the face.

You can also make sure you change your clothes regularly, apply deodorant and clean under your fingernails ;)

Brush your teeth, take a bath, comb your hair, floss your teeth. Those are the basics.
If you want to take it to another level get a pedicure, and manicure.
