That depends on several things that you have not stated. Different engines are used , with different gas mileage, different gas tank sizes, and different driving styles. all these things can affect your question.

You detail in the question is Staggering, Never in my life have I seen so much detail. F150 had a number of different motors all of which would get different mileage. Also the speed you will be driving will affect your mileage. Also if there are any mountains that you have to go over will affect your mileage. If you will be using cruse control or not. How much are you going to have loaded in to the truck on your trip? Weight will affect it. There are a lot of factors. But let’s start here. If you are getting 20 miles per gallon and your tank hold 20 gallons you should be able to go 400 miles on a tank. So based off this information you would need to fill up 4 times. Once before you leave (at least we would hope right?) again at around 400 miles (assuming there is a station at the 400 mile mark) and again at 800 miles. You would reach your destination with a little bit less then a 1/4 tank and would need to fill up again at your destination for travel around gas.

You didn't say what kind of f-150 as some had dual tanks and others have bigger tanks but anyhow....
I have a 2003 that will do 400 to a tank of gas so you are looking at about 3 to 3 1/2 tanks to get there (that's getting 17.5 MPG like I average)

since cars and trucks are designed to go about 300 miles to the tank I would say 4 times should cover it

As many times as needed. How will you know when it's needed? The fuel gage will read at or below a quarter of a tank.

I don't think you could go 1117.7 miles in a Ford F-150 without breaking down about six times. Do yourself a favor and buy a Toyota!!!

it would depend on your mpg and how many gallons your tank is. all of that depends on what year, and what size engine it is(4.6 or 5.4 liters) also if you have four wheel drive, and what time of year it is.
