Have the police find him. He left the scene of an accident and probably provided false information to you.

Umm, you have his address, try calling directory assistance to find his phone number. Or you can use an online directory. You should file a police report if you expect to get anything out of this.

use a reverse directory or see if the police will go to his house. And I believe your statement is wrong about him hitting your truck. You said that he let someone else drive it, right?
