I really like this guy but heres the thing...Hes my best friend.. what should i do?? A girl asked him out but he turned her down and told me he liked me not her he asked me to be his girlfriend and i said no because i didnt want to ruin our friendship but now im regreting it what should i do?? we know we like each other but i dont want to ruin our friendship. Also while i am at it anyone know how to convince your parents for a cell phone??thx

If you really like him as a boyfriend, tell him you changed your mind. If things go well, it shouldn't hurt your friendship. The best relationships start out as friends.
About the cellphone: NO. If they feel you need one, they'll give you one. Don't push for something you won't get now.

i think the ball is in ur court if u want him just go it since he wants u...but hey most friendship bw the opposite sex alway ends up in a relationship anyway as for the cellphone just tell them some of the reason why u need one ....should work for u worked for me when i was younger.
