I would go on line and ask your server this question, "Kittens with colds" or "What to do about kittens with colds"

This is what I'd do if I didn't take them to the vet. You can find out good information without buying anything.

Keep an eye on them for other symptoms that may arise. If so, then you may need a vet's visit.

Kittens are cute a cuddly and most people just enjoy them with out understanding what they need to do. I know for what ever reason you don't want to take them to the Vet but that is exactly what you need to do. Kittens like puppies need to have shots and a check up. They could have distemper and that can kill your kittens it is like pneumonia in people. We can't always care for our pets on our own. Not knowing what exactly is wrong with them you may treat them for something they don't have. Your Vet will have to do blood work and determine what is wrong with your kittens then he can give them the right treatment. It can be costly but if your children were sick would you not take them to a Doctor? I'm sure you would. So get your kittens to the Vet as soon as possible...Good luck...

Just a heads up... if you haven't already had them checked for feline leukemia ( if you possibly can -spca offers low cost vet fees) take them to a vet. Colds and sneezing are symptoms of feline leukemia. Unfortunately I found out the hard way... I adopted two kittens who had those symptoms and I thought they just had a winter cold. Took them to see vet and they were diagnosed with leukemia :( I just thought I would pass this on and hopefully your kitties are ok ........... Concerned pet owner

Your kittens may have cat flu - which can be fatal, specially in young and weak kittens.

If the sneezing and runny noses are clear, you can always try small doses of echinacea. Have a vapouriser going with eucalyptus (or teatree oil) and thyme in it. Put some Vick's vapour rub on their chin. Make sure the kittens are in a warm draft free area.

If it all starts to become gunky, get the little mites to the vet. You will need medication. If they start mouth breathing, they are in big trouble.

I would take them to the vet, my kittens were displaying simptoms of a cold that turned out to be a pretty bad infection that almost cost my kitten an eye.

It is probably a viral infection which will resolve itself and you should give NO medication without a vet's approval. As long as the kittens are active, eating and eliminating well, and have clear passageways for breathing you are OK.

Kittens can "crash" fast however so you must be vigilant in monitoring them for any adverse symptoms. Are they seeing a vet for worming, shots and stuff? Have you made plans for speutering?

For God's sake - what is it with people who insist on getting pets, and then don't want to provide them with the proper care? If you aren't willing to take your cats to the vet when they are clearly sick, you should not have gotten any pets! They might need an antibiotic to help clear things up - you need to take them to the vet.

hi, nicely performed for rescueing this cat. make constructive you keep it nicely far out of your different cats. It feels like it can have cat flu, that is fantastically contagious. The dissatisfied abdomen is proberly as a results of, too a lot nutrients, to quickly. As you do not understand even as it very last ate. this may also be on the problem of the cat flu. stay off the moist nutrients. make constructive that's ingesting lots of water, even once you may syringe it down it is throat or dribble it of a spoon. It could not get dehydrated. do not supply it any milk. This also causes dissatisfied abdomen because of the lactose in milk. it would proberly be ideal to starve it, till it bypass's to the vets. you want to bypass, once plausible.

When my daughter took her female black cat to the vet, he ask her were is she from, she is from the Russian river, He prescribe antibiotics, and to put her in the bathroom, with the door closed will you take a nice warm shower. The steam helps clear them up, I do not know if they can be allergic? anything is possible. They can get to be diabetics, and leukemia, why not.

I think you should just take them to the vet to make sure they don't get any worse. And how you should take care of them to get them better.
