Yes, because there are two kinds of love. #1-Love as in spend your lives together, romantic, all that crap. #2-Likes you a ton and would do almost anything for you, but isn't romantically linked. Similar, but #1 is a relationship. #2(which is you) is a friend.

well thats confusing! she probably means that she loves you only as a friend and doesnt feel that she loves any more then a friend.
