My mom wears a 4 which is very difficult to find. She buys her tennis shoes in the little girls department. But there are a few sites that should help. Cinderella of Boston carries 2 through 5 1/2.

My aunt wears a 4 and she often has a hard time finding shoes. She usually has to look for her shoes in the children's shoes, and tries to find something tasteful that doesnt have cartoon charaters. Good luck.

Try barrats. One of my friends has really small feet and she says that you can get adult shoes there in that size no the kiddies ones that you get everywhere else
