I'm 13, my breasts are a bit more developed than those of most girls my age. My mom is very caring and makes me wear bras like in this site http://www.anita.com/de/en/0,1,104,1478,39236__products-detail.htm They have 4 hooks in the back, are good bras but most girls my age wouldn't like them. They make me sweat but it was mom decision, her law. I did everything I could but she didnt back off. Though this makes me mad, she's a wonderful mom, I avoided fighting to much and ended up promising I'd always wear them as I was told. I lost the battle, not even mom's friends couild convince her. And my dad told me to listen to her cause she loves me. I know, but hate those bras. Since I lost the battle, mom won't really back off, I'd like some tips on how I can get used to those bras, especially when it's hot. They make me sweat. and have 4 hooks in the back, kinda hard to put on. But it's my mom bra law.

Wow. I understand. Have you suggested alternatives? I mean, instead of just saying I hate this bra -- but show her one that's more comfortable, and yet gives you the support you need? Since you're only 13 and well-endowed, if you DON'T wear a good bra now - you're going to be hanging to your waist by the time you're 20, and you don't want that!

For now, when it's hot, put baby powder on - that will help absorb some of the moisture. Also, if you can change your shirt and bra during the day that will help keep you feeling fresher. :) When boobs are larger they can be more of a pain than anything. good luck to you!

What a wonderful daughter you are! You show a maturity level of someone much older.

Try this: SHOW her this post and see if it helps.

Dear Mom of Teen,
It is SO obvious how much you love your daughter and how well you have raised her just from the respect she shows you here.
Would you please consider the fact that that type bra is VERY uncomfortable for her to wear and maybe you could look at some others that would be acceptable to both of you?
As the Mom of a teen daughter (with the same issue) I know you are acting out of love only, but this time in her life should be one to look back on fondly and not with issues of being so uncomfortable. There are bras that provide excellent support without the "old fashion" look and feel. Think back to that age... There's so many changes that we might as well be as comfortable as possible :)
Good luck to you both!!

if i was you i'd be happy wearing whatever bra. I would love to have you're problem. I'm pretty small. That bra just looks like a a sports bra, so just listen to you're mom. Try to deal with it, and once you get older you could decide to wear whatever bras you want. Trust me, it's not worth arguing.

Ask your mom for a sports bra or for a training bra. Tell her how uncomfortable your bra is and that you really dont like wearing "that type". If your mom is as sweet as you make her sounds then she will work with you on that. If not talk to your dad, after all daddy always wants to please his baby girl aight?

a million) get over your self, it really is not enormous for 13. 2) replace in college contained in the rest room contained in the morning, that is compared to she tells you to existence your blouse so she will be able to make sure. 3) all of us had a time like that, our moms gave us enormous cumbersome bras that did not in good structure or were uncomfortable. get over it. 4) What the hell is your question??

I don't think that's the appropriate bra for your age but if your mom don't mind, maybe you can cut off the lace trimmings in the cup and strap area. That might help.

1) Find and try on bras that you like and are comfortable in.

2) Have full information to take to your mother and explain.

3) Insist she at least let you try them on with her there so she can approve of them.
