for those that have children but arent with the mother/father. when you need the other parent to watch the child for the night or the weekend and you have a date but you dont feel comfortable telling the other parent thats what you are doing, do you have a hard time finding an excuse or do you tell them the truth? do you find it hard to tell them that you have a boyfriend or girlfriend and that you have no desire to be with them in anyway again?

Genverally speaking- visitation should be 2 weekends a month- and what you do during that time is none of their business- or if you want them to babysit- say it is for business (your business-)and don't tell them your personal business- D

Why go into detail???
Just say "Hey I had something come up this weekend, can you keep the kids?"
"I have no desire to ever be with you again." doesn't exactly need to be said.
Try to schedule your dates on your own weekends, if this is getting to be a problem..
