If you say no, please explain. The disciples went to their death in order to claim this. No person would die just to purposely and knowingly perpetuate a lie.
Josh McDowell wrote that there are only three ways to look at it when we consider Jesus' many claims of diety. He would either be "Lord, Liar or Lunatic". If he was a liar, this puts a dent in the argument that He was just a good man- good men don't lie and spiritually mislead people on purpose. There is nothing in the Bible nor any other historical texts to suggest that Jesus was insane either. His body was NEVER found, if it had been, his many opponents would surely have made it known and save the proof.
My questions are these:
Where is the proof that God does not exist?
Where is the proof that Christ is not Lord?
I want real proof like what is expected from us Christians when we are asked to prove the other way, no half-logical arguments and assumptions.

You betcha he is.
I don't expect you'll get any proof that he doesn't exist.

If you read your Bible you will see that all of the gospels are written by his disciples, not by Jesus himself. We do not know that he ever claimed to be the Only Son of God because all that we do know of what he taught came from other people, people who had their own agendas. Buddha is considered in many countries to be a god, yet Buddha himself said that he was a man. In order to make people listen to their words, his followers described him in terms that made sense to the people that they were talking to and that amplified the importance of the message that they were trying to impart.
For that matter, does the Bible not teach that we are all the children of God? It would hardly be a distinction then for a holy man to claim to be a child of God.
There are many bodies which have never been found, so that's no proof, and not all lunacy involves wild-eyed ravings and violence, so that doesn't mean that he could not have sincerely believed that he was the biological son of Yahweh and been mistaken, just as the disciples could have sincerely believed that delusion and gone to their deaths to uphold it.
I'm one of the people who thinks he was a very wise, very kind man who wished to bring people together in peace and love. I think he was indeed able to tap into the power of the Godhead. But I do not think he's the Only Son of God and that I should therefore slavishly follow the words of a book that's been written and rewritten and whose most prominent followers seem to have forgotten that to be Christian is SUPPOSED to mean doing one's best to follow Christ's example of love and brotherhood for all.

faith is defined as
–noun 1. confidence or trust in a person or thing: faith in another's ability.
2. belief that is not based on proof
how would you know if infact jesus's body was never recovered. I was watching the discovery channel just the other day and they had recovered a body wrapped in linen. It was to be belived as jesus christ, however they have no dna from jesus so how would they prove it was him. I can prove the lord is not jesus. Because in the bible, old testament it refers to the lord many times, especially in genisis, before jesus was born.

It is written... God Highly exalted Him with a Name above all Names. That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow & tongue confess that Jesus Christ is LORD.
Yeshua Messiah Yahweh. Or Yahweh Yeshua Messiah. This is after His Resurrection.
Jesus said while on earth, "Before Abraham was, I AM.". Jesus is part of the I AM. I AM that I AM is the LORD God. The Yahweh Elohim. Who is also God the Father, Word & Holy Spirit.

oh please not the tripple L thing again.
first off their is no evidence that all apostates were put to death. Second the tripple L implies that the NT is an accurate portrayal of the events that occurred.
If I question its historical accuracy the entire thing falls apart.
Ps if you want real proof then first you have to prove that the things in the Bible actually happend before we talk

Read the 10 commandments one of them states thou shalt worship no other god before me. Who wrote these it wasn't Jesus. And Josh McDowell forgot one other option . He could have been a good con artist. You can not prove either way. Jesus
is worship on pure faith and the ability of people to ignore the lack of prove.

of route, yet extra importantly than CALLING him our Lord (communicate is low priced, isn't it?) we are taught that, if Christ is rather our Lord, then we ought to OBEY what he tells us, as our Lord, contained in the Bible. maximum individuals purely provide lip service to Jesus' command to "love your enemies," highly in time of warfare, besides the undeniable fact that the witnesses look at that as a command that desires to be obeyed for all time. and what percentage people view Jesus as their Lord even as it contains his command to "flow, hence, and make disciples of people of all the countries...practise them to computer screen each and every area I have commanded you"? maximum everybody is taught that God's advantages for the righteous will purely be heaven, yet did not our Lord it seems that say, "Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth", too? (Matthew 5:5, the Sermon on the Mount) maximum individuals do not recognize that Jesus replaced into quoting from Psalm 37 even as he reported that (perhaps 36 or 38 once you've a Catholic Bible), and that in a lengthy time period in that similar Psalm it says, "The righteous shall own the land and live therein perpetually." (Psalm 37:11, 29) in view that Jesus is our Lord, the witnesses take heavily what he prayed to his Father at John 17:17: "Sanctify them by technique of the reality. Your observe is truth." so that they have got 5 conferences a week purely to study God's observe of truth, the Bible, with a purpose to renowned it for themselves and attempt to do what it says. won't be able to do it completely, of route, yet, as Benjamin Franklin reported, the further you try, the closer you receives, besides. Jesus is my Lord and the Lord of all Jehovah's witnesses, and, extra major than purely putting forward so, we instruct it by our movements (except that no human being's ideal, of route.) best regards, Mike
